Shauna! Great to see you here. Anyone can tell you this or that, but ultimately, it's up to you. What does your higher self tell you? It could be so many things going on, but you hold the answer within you. This can be challenging for some because we've been encouraged through the years to doubt ourselves and listen to others because they know best. You know you the best because you're with yourself day in and day out. Journaling and meditating will definitely help gain greater connection and understanding to events and you rely on you more and more. I do recommend community to support your decisions, which you have here! YAY!
YES! A sapling, love that and when you're ready to bloom you will. The person you were in those relationships were you, but you've opened up and awakened to truth, so you can see things with a clearer lens. I remember when I was changing my wellness, including my body image, I remember who I was when I was younger and "thin" thinking I was looking good, but I had so much self hate, jealously, resentment and judgement towards others. I really disliked who I was and I told myself daily. If you make changes towards your wellness, your mindset is different now and you can look and feel how you choose, but that doesn't mean you revert to who you were before. It's impossible because once your knowledge has expanded it can't go back to where it was. So, breathe, relax and know that you are a different person now and you know you better than ever.
Regarding "problems" this word is a big hurdle. Try out the word challenge and see how that fits. I find a challenge is a worthy thing to invest my time and energy into. When I think problems that word brings me down and weighs me down as well. That's why how one speaks to themselves is so important and makes a difference in how you feel. I love that you're flipping things to look at facing and working on those challenges to differentiate between movement and progress. You can move anywhere, but you're still the one factor in all of it and there is the opportunity to change and progress which is a forward motion. Movement can be just that, but doesn't always mean progress.
Getting things done takes time and once the head is clearer and you can progress to the goal, you'll get er done!
In love and light,
Nikilette
