• Yeah, the meat suit is a bit dense and heavy at times. I want to feel lighter in body, mind & spirit. Movement does just that. Like we talked about on the phone the other day, I used to be in so much pain when I would wake up in the morning and I was diagnosed with having 13 of the 18 pain points in the body. I no longer have that since I changed my wellness daily lifestyle. It woke me up to realize I am in control of how my body feels and functions. The more I connect to my body and understanding that I am more than that and that the body allows me to move around on the planet, that made it easier to ease into it, not fight being in it so much. I also learned that decreased my anxiety. There's so much to movement and mindset, they're definitely connected. Like we also talked about is the chair yoga or seated yoga. So much to look forward to in exploration! Let's do this!
