• While reading this affirmation, I recognize the importance of water and acknowledge that I haven't been prioritizing it as I should. Despite my good intentions, I must admit that I often fall short of consuming enough water on a daily basis.

    It's time for me to take responsibility and make a conscious effort to change this habit. By increasing my water intake, I am taking a crucial step towards replenishing and nourishing my body. From this moment forward, I commit to providing my body with the ample amounts of water it deserves each day, knowing that it will contribute to my overall well-being and vitality.

      That is awesome. Taking small steps to get you started is what creates life long habits that serve us well. I know that when I'm tired, I drink water and the tiredness and yawns go away. When I'm feeling depleted, I go to water first even before food because I could be dehydrated. A lot of people are dehydrated and don't even realize it.
