    That is awesome. Taking small steps to get you started is what creates life long habits that serve us well. I know that when I'm tired, I drink water and the tiredness and yawns go away. When I'm feeling depleted, I go to water first even before food because I could be dehydrated. A lot of people are dehydrated and don't even realize it.
