• I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED intentional breathing. Every night before we go to bed. We spend about 30 mins doing breathwork to ease us into a blissful sleep.

    I also use it if I'm feeling stressed, overwhelmed in the moment or when I'm diving into meditation.

    We breathe daily thousands of times a day, but what about intentional breathing? That is a gift we give to ourselves by connecting to the breath, we connect with our inner self.
