YES!
Intentional movement is something that can be taken for granted.
We can "feel" like we don't want to move our bodies. We neglect the positive and powerful benefits that intentional movement has on our lives.
However, when we're sick in bed, we want to move and do things.
I know I used to think in my mind, when I get better, I'm doing this, I'm doing walking, running etc.
There's a deep need to be active because there's a limitation in the body. I decided not to wait until those events anymore.
Now I enjoy movement in my day - it makes a difference with my attitude, outlook and overall feeling of well being because of the benefits and I accomplished it for myself.
How do you fit intentional movement into your day? Do you place it as priority?
