Set Small, Achievable Goals: Instead of overwhelming yourself with big changes, set small, achievable goals that align with your well-being. It could be as simple as taking a short walk outside, eating a nutritious meal, or spending a few minutes meditating.
Practice Mindfulness: Be more mindful of your thoughts, actions, and feelings. When negative thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and try to redirect your focus to positive affirmations and self-compassion.
Reach Out for Support: Recognize that you don't have to go through anything alone. Please reach out to friends, family, HTN community or even seek professional support if needed, to talk about your struggles and gain some perspective.
