a thought that occurred to me following my share was the way we take on judging ourselves based on the behaviors & beliefs we witness when we're children.

we know the truth yet look to the world for guidance .. hence, monkey see monkey do

this affirmation stimulates a deeper level of self-exploration & discussion which offers a chance to turn the tides for not only us but future generations ...

ending the judgment opens the door for empathy & connection
