Wednesday HTN4U Badass Affirmation on Self-esteem

Everyday is an experience and not learning something from myself each day would be an injustice to myself and others.

I am in a place of wanting to learn more about myself because this body is new in a lot of ways and I'm learning more and more about it.

I also am learning from myself energetically as well. This journey in life has been all about the physical realm for me many of my 52 years on this planet. Now that I'm tapping into the deeper parts of my being, I am knowing my truth and sharing it with others, a little bit at a time as I get more comfortable in my skin.

I love learning from others that know more than me so I can grow, evolve and be of better service to others on a daily basis and this aids me in accomplishing anything. I am evolving and changing on the daily. Who I was yesterday no longer exists because I have changed from those experiences. That means that I'm also no longer chained to either. That is freeing and invigorating to be an up leveled version of myself each day.
