I love water and to think when I was a child I couldn't be bothered having it around me unless I took a shower or brushing my teeth. Now I love water, drink approx a gallon/day. It makes my cells smile and grateful for being cared for. Drinking water may seem like something simple, but it's really a pathway to self love. Caring for your body through hydration is an act of self love. The body will thank you for your effort in giving it life!
Invest in yourself - you are unique and an amazing person.

Vauban shared a healthy non-dairy "ice cream" recipe today:
1 frozen banana
1 frozen avocado
Take the frozen banana, half of the avocado, 1 tbsp of agave, honey OR maple syrup and a couple handfuls of fresh kale OR a granny smith apple.
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender or Vitamix.
The consistency should be like ice cream
The other half of the avocado is for another batch! ENJOY!!
