I once heard, Happiness is a skill. I believe there is some truth to that. I can be happy in situations or not. It's totally my choice. Some experiences are easier to be happy in than others, but there lies the challenge. Achieving happiness even in the struggles of life and its moments.
How do you welcome happiness? How often do you experience it? Every day? Every week? Every month?
