• Vauban shared a healthy non-dairy "ice cream" recipe today:

    1 frozen banana

    1 frozen avocado 

    Take the frozen banana, half of the avocado, 1 tbsp of agave, honey OR maple syrup and a couple handfuls of fresh kale OR a granny smith apple. 

    Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender or Vitamix.

    The consistency should be like ice cream

    The other half of the avocado is for another batch! ENJOY!!
