• Love this idea. I tried several times & keep falling on my face. I have sooooo many priorities (health wise) that one more seems overwhelming, but... Soon I can do that. (I know what you're thinking... This will help all of my other health priorities lol)

    • Right! That's why we teach the basics of wellness because we're so focused on specific issues with our bodies. If we give our body the basics, how will it respond? Since I started doing that, my wellness has increased over the years the longer I apply these fundamentals. So, start with the basics and the others may resolve or lessen, like you said. You're on the right track! I use an app that reminds me, it's called water reminder. LMK if you are apple or android LOL
