I took a moment to close my eyes, place my hand on my chest, and connect with the gentle rise and fall of my breath.
Then I observe how my body's natural sense of breathing brings a soothing and peaceful sensation throughout my entire being.
Truly, I feel so relaxed!
This could be the best remedy when we are feeling or thinking negative emotions/ thoughts. We should try it more often
