• This is an important topic for me. Most of you know about my relationship with food in my past.

I decided to uplevel my game and become a certified integrative wellness health coach. It really opened my eyes to food, what is necessary and what isn't in my life on all levels.

Instead of leading with emotions when eating, I am more mindful and eat when I'm hungry. I also close my eyes to enjoy all the flavors of my food.

One thing I did recently is reduce my garlic intake, I found I was putting too much in my diet and when I reduced to garlic a couple days a week, my food starting tasting better, the nuances came out and I enjoy my food much more.

Sometimes, making tweaks and minor adjustments can have powerful results.

What can you do to make your food experience better in your life? Will you implement some of the ideas above? Come up with your own? I'd be interested in your journey with food.

Please share your thoughts and insights.

    In love & light,
