Honor what you feel on the inside, but you can gauge the way it's communicated and still authentic to who you are. It doesn't mean you're holding back your true self, but connecting to others on a level that is understood and with gentle filter.

My win today is that my Covid test was negative last night and I have been feeling better the last couple days.

I am working on mastering myself. I feel more each day that I am reaching that goal. I am fortunate to have so many people in my life with whom I am able to be authentically me. Most of the time I am being my authentic self. When I do not feel comfortable. I vow to be more authentic next time. Journaling has been a good way for me to validate my self-worth.

I'm so grateful for HTN and all of the love and support we give each other.

  I am so grateful that you are COVID free! YES!!!!!
  
  I can relate to the not being my authentic self because I had no idea what that looked like let alone being that. It has taken me 50 years to get there, but I am here.
  
  There are times when I'm frustrated that I'm not my authentic self and usually that frustration is from myself not having enough information to understand. Thankfully, Bill recognizes this in me and will point it out, which I am grateful for and make adjustments right away with breathing techniques. Boy, does that make a difference in my day because I am refocused, balanced and feel my true authentic self coming back to the present moment. These are just moments and I don't live in them at all, just a quick visit and then back on to the real purpose at hand.
  
  It's such a wonderful thing to pivot to show my true self to others. Isn't that what everyone wants?
  
  I love you and appreciate you being in the room, talking with me on the phone and sharing HTN with others. You, my friend are amazing!
  
  You bring so much light to the world by loving others on the deep level you do. Be your beautiful self.
