        I have noticed a huge difference in digestion, for starters. I also infuse water with intention too. I ask it to cleanse my body, nourish my body and for clarity of mind. Since I drink about a gallon/day, I've noticed the brain fog is gone and ADHD like behaviors have dissipated tremendously.

        I'm so grateful for what water brings to my life. When I was a child I hated water and wouldn't drink it. Now, my body craves it. It shows that you can change your behaviors as well as your mindset towards things. It's the power within to acknowledge what your body needs and honor it.
