Moon Through Capricorn!

Today is a great day as the moon moves through Capricorn!

I studied with Yasmin Boland and she has great insight into the moon - she calls it Moonology!

Today she says:

What am I spending my energy on and where could it be better used?

Take some time today to meditate and reflect.

This is powerful as we do things on a daily basis out of habit or rote. Do these things serve us? Where do you want to channel your energy?
