I love this so much! I always joke that empathy is my super power!

Empathy is a powerful way of being. What I mean by that is having empathy for others allows others and ourselves to connect on the most human level.
Sharing feelings with people you trust, even yourself, is powerful because you hear what you're experiencing from your perspective. Sharing with others opens up doors to see others perspectives so we can grow collectively together by gaining greater understanding of one another through empathy and sharing.
This allows being in another's shoes, it's empowering and enlightening.
The next time you have a conversation with someone and they are sharing with you, you are now given a great moment to connect!
