I try not to let disappointment get the better of me. Happiness and sorrow are bound to each other. To know happiness is to know sorrow. Within this richness is the joy in living. When things are not going as planned, when you have loss, or disappointment, even failure, it's all part of the bigger picture.
Sometimes, I don't even see the bigger picture until later, when I reflect. But in the day I keep moving, and I learn from the failures, which makes me greater now.

Interesting. I have a habit of seeing the big picture, it's getting there that I have a hard time with. That's probably why we balance one another out so well. It's really challenging when there is so much to do to get to a destination, but I struggle through the steps to get you there. That's where I see I need support and speak up about it. It makes a difference when you can see the obstacles and turn them into opportunities to make way for the greatness that is yours/ours!
I'm so grateful to be on this journey with you.

Hello All! I know it's been a minute since I have been able to join the morning group, been a long week dealing with my sick nephew, and had to get a covid test which was negative! but working around him throughout the day has been like yeah. But I am in good spirits and pivoting through the rest of this week with a positive attitude!
Win/Affirmation: In the midst of this, I am still winning! Connecting where I need to connect while I am in a new place of transformation with daily gratitude and joy and peace. Whereas some parents go into automatic stress mode during times of a child being sick and home and having to take the day from work which I have been there but now I embrace it with a peaceful attitude and work around it.
My inner peace and joyful attitude creates the harmony I want in my day:)
